Pro Bono Executive Search Manitoba | 2026 Nonprofit Initiative

WINNIPEG, February 2026 — Summit Search Group is pleased to announce the return of its Annual Pro Bono Executive Search Initiative in Manitoba for 2026. Now entering its fifth year, this initiative reflects our continued commitment to strengthening Manitoba’s nonprofit sector by providing complimentary executive search services to one selected organization navigating a senior leadership transition. Continuing Our Commitment to Community Leadership

Since launching the initiative in 2022, Summit Search Group has partnered with outstanding nonprofit organizations across Manitoba to help identify and secure transformational leaders. From supporting 1JustCity in our inaugural year, to collaborating with Volunteer Manitoba, the Canadian Muslim Women’s Institute, RaY, and other impactful organizations, we have seen firsthand how strong leadership accelerates mission-driven work.

Each year, this initiative reinforces our belief that investing in leadership is one of the most powerful ways to support long-term community impact. As we move into 2026, we remain deeply committed to contributing our expertise, networks, and time to help nonprofits thrive.

Who Should Apply

Manitoba-based nonprofit and charitable organizations are invited to submit an application. To be eligible, organizations must:

• Be recruiting for a senior leadership role (e.g., CEO, Executive Director, CFO, General Manager).
• Be a registered nonprofit or charitable organization operating in Manitoba.
• Commit to publicly posting the opportunity as part of the search process.
• Not currently be engaged with another recruitment firm.

Application Process

Applications for the 2026 initiative are now open. A detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) outlining submission requirements is available here: . Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the application window, and shortlisted organizations will be invited to participate in a follow-up discussion regarding their leadership needs and organizational priorities.

• Review Period: Rolling throughout the application window
• Second-Round Discussions: April 2026
