2025 Pro Bono Search Manitoba || Request for Proposals

Great leadership can change everything, especially for nonprofits making a difference in our communities. That’s why Summit Search Group is proud to continue our Pro Bono Executive Search Initiative in 2025.

Since 2022, we’ve partnered with inspiring organizations like 1JustCity, Volunteer Manitoba, and the Canadian Muslim Women’s Institute  to help them find the right leaders to drive their missions forward. This year, we’re ready to continue our support across Manitoba by offering our executive search expertise—completely free of charge.

If you’re a nonprofit in need of senior leadership talent, we’d love to hear from you! Applications are open until February 28, 2025. Let’s work together to build stronger teams and brighter futures.

Criteria for Eligibility:

Nonprofit and charitable organizations in Manitoba are invited to apply if they meet the following requirements:

• Seeking to hire a a senior leadership role (e.g., CEO, CFO, Executive Director, General Manager).
• Located in the Province of Manitoba.
• Registered as a nonprofit or charitable organization.
• Open to having the search posted publicly.
• Not currently engaged with another recruitment firm.

How to Apply:

To submit your application, follow this link and complete the required form. We will review organizations on a rolling basis.

All applications will be thoroughly reviewed by a panel of Summit Search Group team members who possess a diverse set of expertise. Reviewers will look to further understand your organization’s mission, vision, and values. Selected organizations will advance to a second round, where we’ll conduct phone interviews to learn more about your mission, vision, and team.

Deadline for applications is Friday February 28, 2025.
