2024 Pro Bono Search Manitoba || Request for Proposals

At Summit Search Group, our dedication to fostering positive change extends beyond the boardroom. With over two decades of commitment to community, philanthropy, and volunteerism, we are excited to announce the continuation of our Pro Bono Executive Search initiative for nonprofit organizations in Manitoba.

 

Having successfully launched this endeavor in 2022, we collaborated with 1Just City to identify their new Executive Director, marking the beginning of a transformative journey. In 2023, we partnered with Volunteer Manitoba, an organization with a broad and deep impact in our community. As we step into the new year, our mission remains clear – to empower under-resourced organizations by providing them with the expertise needed to secure top-tier leadership talent.

Our commitment to community impact goes beyond just delivering exceptional executive search services; it is about catalyzing positive change and ensuring that organizations in need have the best possible leadership to propel their missions forward.

 

Criteria for Eligibility:

All eligible nonprofit and charitable organizations are encouraged to apply for the 2024 Pro Bono Search Initiative. To be eligible, applicant organizations must:

• Be seeking to hire a member of the senior leadership team (e.g., CEO, CFO, Executive Director, General Manager).
• Be located in the Province of Manitoba.
• Be a nonprofit or charitable organization.
• Be willing to have the executive search posted publicly.
• Not be currently engaged with another recruitment firm.

 

How to Apply:

To submit an application, please follow this link and complete all questions. We will review organizations on a rolling basis.

All applications will be thoroughly reviewed by a panel of Summit Search Group team members who possess a diverse set of expertise. Reviewers will look to further understand your organization’s mission, vision, and values. If selected to move to a second round, you will receive a phone call from Summit Search Group to learn more about your organization and your team.

Deadline to submit an application is Friday February 23, 2024.
