2023 Pro Bono Search Manitoba || Request for Proposals

 

Background

In 2022 Summit Search Group launched our 1^st annual Pro Bono Executive Search initiative for nonprofit organizations in Manitoba in support of identifying a new senior professional to help advance their mission.  In July of 2022, Summit Search Group partnered with 1Just City on their search for their new Executive Director.

Our commitment to community, philanthropy and volunteerism spans more than 20 years. Working together to bring about positive change, we donate our time and talents to those organizations in greatest need. We are proud to offer our services free of charge to charities and community organizations undergoing a leadership change.

As we move into the new year and reshape the impact we want our company to have on filling open positions with top talent, we want to know that we help under-resourced organizations to have the best opportunity to strengthen their impact in the communities they serve.

 

Criteria

All eligible nonprofits are encouraged to apply. Please carefully read the eligibility requirements.

 

Requirements – Applicant Organizations must be:

• looking to hire a member of the senior leadership team.
  • ie Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Executive Director, General Manager, etc.
• located in the Province of Manitoba.
• a nonprofit or charitable organization
• willing to have the search posted publicly.
• not be currently engaged with another recruitment firm

All applications will be thoroughly reviewed by a panel of Summit Search Group team members who possess a diverse set of expertise. Reviewers will look to further understand your organization’s mission, vision, and values. If selected to move to a second round, you will receive a phone call from Summit Search Group to learn more about your organization and your team.

Deadline to submit an application is Friday February 3, 2023.
