Summit Search Group Partners with the Canadian Women Muslim Institute (CMWI) for 2024 Pro Bono Executive Search Initiative

March 7, 2024 – Summit Search Group Winnipeg is thrilled to announce its partnership with the Canadian Women Muslim Institute (CWMI) for the 2024 Pro Bono Executive Search Initiative. This collaboration aims to assist CWMI in hiring their new Executive Director, marking a significant step towards advancing their organizational mission in order to assist newcomers to Canada in their settlement period.

Building on the success of previous partnerships, including with Volunteer Manitoba in 2023 and 1JustCity in 2022, Summit Search Group continues its commitment to supporting non-profit organizations in Manitoba. As part of the annual Pro Bono Executive Search Initiative, Summit Search Group will lead the recruitment process for CWMI’s new Executive Director.

Founded on principles of diversity, inclusion, and community engagement, CWMI plays a vital role in fostering sound emotional health, stability and personal development to achieve self-sufficiency and financial independence. The new Executive Director will be entrusted with driving the strategic vision and mission of CWMI, with a focus on fostering empowerment, advocacy, and inclusivity.
