Having joined Summit Search Group in 2016, Gail brings over 25 years of experience in the attraction and selection of top calibre professionals. Gail’s many years as a recruitment professional has resulted in numerous successful placements within the agricultural and private and public sectors; focused on a variety of disciplines including executive search, sales and marketing, manufacturing and operations, and administrative.

Gail is an active board member of AITC-M (Agriculture in the Classroom), an organization that delivers curriculum-based programs for students and teachers to learn more about Agriculture and the role it plays in Manitoba.  Additionally, Gail has played an instrumental role as a committee member for the annual Heart of the City Benefit which supports Mount Carmel Clinic Foundation.  Through this event, they have helped to successfully open the Anne Ross Daycare as well as establish the Nutrition Program which provides nourishing food for inner-city children at the daycare.
