Territory Manager
Summit Search Group is partnered with a heavy equipment sales and service company established over 20 years seeking a Territory Manager based in the Saskatoon area who is a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives on building relationships and driving results.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
As the Territory Manager, your focus will be growing market share within western Saskatchewan by identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy with a focus on new account development.
- Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calls, site visits, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor territory performance, sales pipeline, and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Partner with internal service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications:
- Sales experience in heavy equipment or related industries is an asset.
- Proven ability to develop relationships and prospect new accounts.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid Class 5 License with clean abstract.
- Ability to travel to USA and abroad.
