Summit Search Group has been retained by Johnston Group for the recruitment of their next Talent Acquisition Partner. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources you will manage the full life cycle of talent acquisition, partnering closely with Hiring Managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent. You will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support future hiring needs and oversee the onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. Throughout the process, you will deliver an exceptional candidate experience, guiding applicants from initial application to onboarding. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in representing and enhancing our talent brand while contributing to HR projects as required.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, are adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, and maintain a sharp attention to detail with exceptional accuracy.
*Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office only with three days or more in office per week.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process from intake to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to support them through the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding top talent.
- Take ownership of the onboarding process, acting as a brand ambassador for Johnston Group while showcasing our culture in creative and engaging ways.
- Develop innovative talent attraction strategies, leveraging diverse sourcing methods such as networking events, social media, and niche communities to connect with passive candidates and
build strategic talent pipelines. - Represent Johnston Group at career fairs and networking events with educational institutions and community organizations, promoting our employer brand and creating memorable first
impressions. - Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to evaluate process effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in strategic full-cycle recruitment.
- RPR Designation and CPHR designation (or working towards).
- Expertise in recruiting for specialized roles.
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and engaging with passive candidates.
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize information and communicate the impact of various decisions effectively.
- Exceptional client management and multitasking abilities, with experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a proven track record of addressing challenges confidently and effectively.
- Experience utilizing recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts.
- Capability administering and maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- In-depth knowledge of labour market trends.
