Key Responsibilities:
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering expert advice.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and eyewear styles to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Assist customers in selecting frames with proper fit and styling.
- Perform necessary repairs or adjustments to glasses with precision and care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with the eyewear industry.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
