About Our Client:
Our client is a leader in the investment management space.
Position Scope:
The successful candidate in this newly created role will be responsible for data consistency, business insights, and analytics for the purposes of driving oversight, visibility, tracking, and performance of projects and occupancy for Commercial assets.
Responsibilities:
- Change management skills: The role requires skills in consulting with staff members, creating communication and training plans, assisting with staff restructuring, and tracking implementation progress.
- Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge business insights and analytics to help interpret information from property and project systems.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through business insights and analysis of complex datasets.
- Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets.
- Create best-practice business insights and analytic dashboards based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
- Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
- Work directly with appropriate internal and external teams to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and revise the scope, schedule, or budget as necessary.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders.
- Actively manage both projects and occupancy programs to establish KPIs and drive performance.
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to gather and analyze operational information.
- Prepare change management strategies to increase usage and understanding and maximize efficiency.
- Evaluate cost structures and budgetary impact of proposed changes.
- Consult with staff members and identify and manage anticipated resistance.
- Create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.
- Assist with the restructuring of the staff component to optimize the effective implementation of the project.
- Track implementation progress and report back to management.
- Coach managers and supervisors to improve implementation communication
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, techniques, and methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management + PMP certificate preferred.
- Possessing process engineering or operational excellence experience is considered an asset.
