As an essential member of the organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. In this position, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide variety of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You will leverage your technical expertise to diagnose system issues, perform necessary repairs, and educate customers on system care and energy-saving practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues such as leaks, electrical faults, and mechanical failures, providing timely and accurate repairs.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet performance standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain system issues, repair options, and maintenance best practices, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and parts used, while adhering to safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in mentoring junior technicians to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a related position.
- A or B Gas Technician or Refrigeration Journey Mechanic.
- Comprehensive knowledge of how to troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
- Common understanding related to reading and interpreting diagrams and sequence of operation.
