This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and lead the day-to-day operations of a busy clinic environment. The Clinic Manager will play a key role in ensuring exceptional patient experience, operational efficiency, and team performance.
The Opportunity
Reporting to senior leadership, the Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, including staff leadership, patient experience, scheduling, and administrative functions. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational priorities with a strong focus on service delivery.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Lead, coach, and support clinic staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training
- Ensure a positive and professional patient experience from intake through follow-up
- Manage clinic scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation
- Monitor and improve operational processes and workflows
- Support financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
- Address patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support overall clinic performance and growth
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in a clinic, healthcare, or service-based management role
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience managing schedules, operations, and administrative functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, EMRs, or other clinic management software is considered an asset
