We’re looking for a dedicated dentist to join our team and help continue to provide outstanding care to our growing patient base.
Position:
We are looking for an dedicated Associate Dentist to efficiently provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages in a friendly and professional manner. Responsibilities include examining and diagnosing oral health conditions, reviewing and interpreting x-rays, removing tooth decay, filling cavities, placing restorations, performing extractions, and repairing fractured teeth. Additionally, deliver other necessary dental treatments while sharing and explaining educational materials to help patients maintain excellent oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients to achieve excellent results within estimated treatment timelines.
- Ensure patient comfort and demonstrate the utmost respect during all interactions.
- Deliver the highest quality of care to every patient.
- Present treatment plans clearly and effectively to patients.
- Oversee AR reports, including outstanding balances and patient/insurance payments
- Manage interest charges and familiarize oneself with account specifics.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and terminating staff members as assigned.
- Help address and resolve personnel issues within the office.
- Actively participate in staff meetings to promote collaboration and communication.
- Research and evaluate dental office software solutions and share recommendations with the team.
- Share insights and knowledge gained from seminars and meetings to enhance team development
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- 1-5 Years of Experience
- Licensed to practice dentistry in the province and meet all applicable province requirements.
- Must not be listed in the federal health care programs exclusion program.
- Training and experience in the area of special interest are required.
- Demonstrate a natural ability to discuss dental needs effectively with patients.
- Maintain an objective, professional, and pleasant demeanor.
- Collaborate with staff and convey needs in a participatory and respectful manner.
- Show a willingness to engage and work effectively within the community.
