Branch Manager
Summit Search Group is proud to partner with a leading North American distributor offering customized solutions to the textile industry. Our client, headquartered in Alberta, with warehouses and manufacturing facilities across Canada and the United States, is currently seeking a Branch Manager in Drumheller.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead, develop and manage branch while promoting highest level customer service and drive results and profitability
- Lead, direct and motivate all branch employees while aligning the team to achieve the shared vision and goals
- Working with the branch sales team to develop market strategies to identify new sales opportunities
- Win new business through sales activities and attending industry trade shows
- Utilize a solution-oriented mindset to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Schedule staff to complete inventory rotary counts
- Manage inventory levels to serve customer sales and manufacturing requirements
- Ensure warehouse equipment, production equipment, buildings and grounds are maintained and in proper working order
Desired Qualifications:
- Progressive sales experience in industrial, agriculture or construction industries
- Post secondary education in business, commerce, or related field is preferred
- Strong organization and decision-making ability
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead, influence and motivate
- Valid drivers license with ability to travel in Alberta and British Columbia
Remuneration:
Our client is seeking a driven business development focused leader to run this branch with autonomy, offering a salary of $90,000, profit sharing bonus, RRSP, alongside a tenured team that values a healthy work life balance.
