Jasmine Gibara is a Recruitment Consultant with Summit Search Group’s Calgary office. Prior to joining SSG, Jasmine spent five years building and scaling a national wholesale distribution company from the ground up, developing government and institutional accounts across Canada. Before that, she worked as a licensed investment advisor at Manulife Securities, managing high-net-worth client portfolios and developing a deep fluency in financial markets.

Bilingual in English and French, Jasmine holds both the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) designations. Her background across financial services, entrepreneurship, and national B2B sales gives her a perspective on hiring that is grounded in real commercial experience. She understands what it means to build something, make critical hires, and manage relationships at every level of an organization.
