With over 25 years in the recruitment Industry Chris has vast experience working with the top employers in Canada and leading a team of the industry’s very best recruitment consultants.

In 2007 Chris and his business partner Grainne Walsh opened a new office in Oakville for Summit during a period of growth and national expansion that year. In early 2011 Chris and Grainne opened another office in Ottawa to meet client demand in eastern Ontario and Quebec. In 2013 Summit Oakville moved to a new location doubling in size to accommodate ongoing growth.

With seven locations Summit Search Group is well equipped to service clients across Canada. Chris focuses on leading the overall business operations in Ontario, coaching and mentoring the team and creating strategies to ensure long term growth and success.
