Vancouver Recruiter Chad Rutherford joined the Summit Search Group as a partner, opening the Vancouver office in 2007. He began his career in the recruitment industry in 2001 and for over 20+ years now he has enjoyed recruiting in several industries such as industrial, construction, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical, dental, consumer packaged goods, beverage alcohol, and biotechnology markets in British Columbia. Chad’s philosophy is that if he focusses on his clients corporate and team culture combined with the specific skills required, he will absolutely provide the top candidates available in the market for his clients. Priding himself on being a true proactive head-hunter, Chad has spent his career relentless in his efforts to provide the best possible outcome for both his clients and candidates. Chad has proven to be one of the top-producing recruiters in Western Canada and many of Chad’s candidates have gone on to win awards within their new companies.

Prior to working in the recruitment industry, Chad held sales and management roles in the food and beverage, consumer packaged goods and biotech industries. Outside of work, Chad has a wonderful family that he loves to spend time with and has a passion for fitness, mountain biking, trail running, and golf and over the years has sat as a Board of Director for a number of local community causes.
