Therapy Manager with Part Ownership

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Therapy Manager in Charlottetown, PEI. The Therapy Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic’s staff to best support client rehab activities. The Therapy Manager has strong leadership and communication skills, in addition to proven clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists, massage therapists, and therapy assistants, ensuring they adhere to best practices and deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize clinic operations and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Coordinate scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Oversee patient intake processes, treatment planning, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, implementing improvements as needed to achieve key performance indicators and goals.
- Recruit qualified professional staff to join our team.
- Communicate regularly with owner to discuss KPI’s, future actions, and progress towards goals.
- Maintain a caseload of patients.
The Ideal Candidate Brings:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Valid license and registration allowing work in PEI.
- Proven experience in clinical practice with a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports therapy.
- Prior experience in managerial or leadership role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
