Based in Calgary, Edmonton or Fort McMurray, the successful candidate will take a consultative approach to uncover customer challenges, apply process control expertise to craft tailored solutions, and build long-term partnerships across the Alberta marketplace.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business by actively prospecting and servicing customers.
Engage clients with a highly consultative sales process, building strong connections with key decision-makers across multiple departments.
Deliver compelling ROI-driven proposals that demonstrate:
Reduced production risk through improved equipment availability
Increased production output
Enhanced product quality
Energy savings and improved efficiency
Reduced GHG emissions and environmental impact
Leverage Microsoft Dynamics CRM to:
Manage customer contacts and relationships
Develop account growth strategies with clear, time-bound actions
Generate leads and opportunities while tracking activities and meetings
Accurately forecast business and achieve sales targets
Support marketing initiatives and travel within the territory (approx. 20-25% overnight).
What You Bring
A technical diploma or degree combined with relevant experience serving the industrial or municipal markets.
3+ years of success in industrial solution sales, instrumentation, or process-based products.
Proven background in direct sales or sales support roles.
Knowledge of steam systems, heat transfer, controls, or boiler house systems (an asset, but not essential).
