Territory Representative – Industrial Distribution

Our client is a leading industrial leader providing outstanding products and services to a wide variety of industrial and commercial businesses.
We are presently searching for a sales specialist to manage and grow their business in a territory which consists of Calgary and surrounding areas.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and execute strategic territory business plans
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Lead sales growth in the defined territory with a full suite of products
Plan, organize, lead and participate in Tradeshows/Customer Seminars at times
Participate in industry association meetings and events as required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2 – 4 years of successful Industrial Distribution sales preferred
Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to retrieve & review data to assess performance and make informed decisions and build action plans to drive profitable growth
Exceptional communication, organizational skills, time management and multi-tasking skills
Strong presentation skills
Post-secondary education in business an asset
An emphasis on selling/marketing, or equivalent progressive work experience
Proficient PC skills & MS Office suite products
Must be a dedicated team player
Remuneration will consist of a base salary and, bonus program targeting the first-year earnings of $80-85K in addition to expenses, auto allowances and a very good benefit program.
