Territory Manager – Pharmaceutical Skin Care
We are excited to partner with a Canadian leader in pharmaceutical skin care. Our client leads the way as an industry trailblazer in the Medical Aesthetic industry with a portfolio and strong pipeline of exciting skincare products and solutions for all ages and all skin types. We are currently recruiting for a Territory Manager based in Calgary to manage and grow the business in Southern Alberta and Saskatchewan (25% travel required).
This is a great career opportunity for someone who is passionate about skin care and dermatology and looking for a rewarding sales career in this growing Medical Aesthetic industry. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving sales growth by managing a portfolio of existing accounts, acquiring new business, and implementing strategic plans tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Effectively execute business plans that include tailored solutions based on the client’s business goals, pain points, and long-term strategy
- Identify ways to maximize sales by up-selling and cross-selling products to clients and pursue new business opportunities by maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Develop territory-specific strategies to increase market share and brand presence and create efficient territory routing plan for face-to-face sales meetings
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all products to effectively communicate the benefits and features both in-clinic and at large industry events
- Conduct product training and educational seminars for clients to increase product knowledge and drive clinic sales, coordinate and attend client events, and host client dinners
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge, and attend conventions, seminars, and events to enhance brand growth and awareness
- Provide regular reports on sales forecasting, market conditions and competitor analysis to RSM, record sales activities, and maintain customer information in CRM system.
Qualified candidates possess a university degree (business or science related), and 2-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the in medical aesthetics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry. A strong understanding of/interest in skincare or dermatology is a plus. Compensation includes a base salary of $85-$95K plus commission with at plan total income of $120-$140K TI, full benefits, including health care spending and wellness account, KM reimbursement, RRSP matching, free skincare product allowance.
