Salary: $55,000–$60,000 + OTE $85,000
About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established national provider of essential environmental and operational services is seeking a Territory Manager to drive business growth across the Kamloops region. This is a highly autonomous field sales role focused on new business development, relationship building, and market expansion.
This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys managing a territory, building local relationships, and owning the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business within the Kamloops region
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Travel within the territory to meet clients and prospects
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain sales activity and pipeline within CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes
What You Bring
- 3–4+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong self-management and territory planning skills
- Proven track record of generating new business
- Excellent communication and relationship building ability
- Ability to work independently in a field environment
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
