We’re looking for a driven sales professional to grow their market presence, strengthen client relationships, and open new opportunities across your territory consisting of Calgary and southern Alberta. In this role, you’ll combine relationship-building skills with a hunter’s mindset to deliver results — and be rewarded for it.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and winning new accounts.
Grow existing client relationships to maximize share of wallet and profitability.
Develop annual plans for key accounts and track progress through the company CRM.
Build strong partnerships with suppliers to enhance market reach.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Stay current on products, services, and market trends to deliver tailored solutions.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within an industrial or business-to-business sales environment.
A proven ability to generate new business and build long-term customer relationships.
Industrial knowledge or product expertise is an asset but not required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

A compensation program consisting of base salary and commission targeting first year income at $90-100K+ in addition to automobile allowance, appropriate expenses and full benefit program including RRSP matching.
