Territory Manager, Hospital – Prairies

This TM role is based in Alberta with 50% travel throughout AB, SK, and MB. In this role you will achieve territory sales quotas and develop the hospital customer base including:
- Maintaining short range and long-term plans for developing sales within territory, including annual business plan and strategic selling analysis.
- Developing a profitable pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectations.
- Providing in-servicing education to hospital customers.
- Maintaining customer account records and profiles.
- Providing call activity reports including expenses and forecasting monthly and quarterly.
- Implementing and maintaining all company-provided selling tools and technology.
- Tracking demo and evaluation inventory and ensuring all equipment is maintained in good working manner.
Qualified candidates possess post-secondary degree plus 2-5 years of sales experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare related sales, within a complex selling environment. Clinical knowledge and aptitude are important so preference will be given to candidates with clinical work experience or training. Compensation includes a salary of $60-70K plus a lucrative commission plan with total income of $200K at plan, company benefits, paid expenses, and all the perks.
