As a Surgical Sales Representative, you will join an established team in Atlantic Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of sales in your assigned territory, ensuring surgeons and healthcare professionals achieve optimal patient outcomes by showcasing and maintaining expert knowledge of our market-leading targeted portfolio. You will consult with surgeons regarding the use of our world-class products and procedures in the operating room, ensuring every procedure is supported with the highest level of expertise and care. Operating with the utmost professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity that best represents the company’s values, you will also engage in continuous medical education programs to stay at the forefront of advancements in the field.

Candidate Profile
- Previous surgical sales experience is an absolute requirement; min 5+ years
- Bachelor’s Degree or post-secondary education is required. Preferred background in Kinesiology or BioMedical. Any degree related to the human anatomy would be preferred.
- Background in competitive sports is preferred and considered an asset.
- Ability to travel outside of the province for Medical Education labs is required. Ability to travel to the US travel is required.
- Must be comfortable in open operating room environments. Previous knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures is required.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
