Your Mission:

Deliver High-Performance Facilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to keep projects on track.

Optimize Cost, Time & Resources

• Develop and implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and performance standards.
• Track KPIs, budgets, and project milestones, delivering weekly progress reports.

Lead with Expertise & Innovation

• Supervise critical electrical, HVAC, and mechanical system installations.
• Ensure seamless integration, testing, and troubleshooting of mission-critical infrastructure.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

✔ Proven Leadership in Mission-Critical Construction

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial & industrial electrical, HVAC, and facility development.
• Strong understanding of integrated system installations and troubleshooting.
• Experience in cleanroom construction is a major plus!

✔ Project & Team Management Skills

• Ability to lead cross-discipline teams and drive decision-making.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
