Senior Digital Sales Executive

Full Time | $80K Base Salary with an OTE of $185K
Our client is a fast-growing digital media organization representing some of the most advanced programmatic advertising technologies in North America. They are looking to add a Senior Digital Sales Executive to their team. They deliver full funnel digital solutions including mobile location-based advertising, programmatic display and video, CTV, and both traditional and digital Out of Home.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a high activity sales pipeline across key industries in the Prairie Region.
- Prospect using calls, email, CRM sequences, LinkedIn, and in person networking.
- Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored digital and OOH solutions.
- Prepare proposals, close contracts, and consistently hit meeting, proposal, and sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal digital specialists to design campaigns and present performance results.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and reporting.
- Drive renewals and upsells by delivering strong client value.
What You Bring
- 5 to 7+ years in digital advertising sales (Programmatic Display/DSP, CTV, mobile, digital and traditional OOH).
- Strong understanding of digital media planning, attribution, optimization, and campaign strategy.
- Existing agency and brand relationships in Alberta; relationships across Saskatchewan or Manitoba are a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow accounts across SMB and mid market to enterprise.
- Skilled presenter with the ability to engage both agency environments and direct brand clients.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- A self motivated, goal oriented mindset with a consistent history of exceeding targets.
