Sales Representative, Medical
Our client is a Canadian medical device innovator focused on bringing life-changing treatments to patients. With robust clinical expertise and a rapidly growing international footprint, they are transforming care protocols in this specialized niche. They are in growth mode and hiring a sales representative to grow new business within clinics throughout Saskatchewan and Manitoba (30-40% travel required).
If you possess a commitment to excellence, achievement, and continuous learning with a proactive, growth mindset then let’s talk… This is a HUNTER sales position, based in Saskatoon, Regina, or Winnipeg. In this role you will leverage your territory sales expertise and product training acumen to drive profitable growth within new and existing clinic accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic hunting, sales prospecting, and cold calling.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Design and deliver innovative technical product training seminars educating complex information to medical professionals and clinic staff.
- Provide superior customer service and support to clinics and manage all client relationships ensuring strong customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and elevate customer experiences.
Qualifications include a strong background in new business development sales with proven expertise in cold calling and sales prospecting, and a track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs. This role is best suited for a high energy and dynamic, results-oriented sales professional that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at building strong, lasting client relationships. You must be technically savvy and also possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex product information and drive business success across multiple sales channels. Compensation includes a salary of $85-100K and performance bonus with income potential of $130-140K TI at plan, health and wellness benefits, $1000/month car allowance and gas card.
