Sales Representative – Industrial Solutions
Our client, Canada’s largest and most accomplished industrial solutions and material handling expert, is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team in Saskatoon or Regina. This individual will have excellent relationship building skills combined with the ability to develop new business through solution selling. Principal functions of this position are to generate product sales while promoting the organization and servicing all types of existing and potential clients
Essential Functions:
- Execute creative prospecting strategies to secure new customers.
- Manage a detailed and lengthy sales process with an emphasis on the importance of sales service.
- Fully understand customer expectations, and be able to educate clients on full line of products and services.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing clients within a top performing territory Provide consultations to customers on their material handling needs.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, engineers, designers, installers, and customers to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 4+ years of sales experience is a MUST.
- B2B or Industrial experience with a strong track record in business development and maintaining customers is preferred.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work with strong problem solving and resolution skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
Remuneration:
Remuneration for this role consists of a 70K base salary plus uncapped commission-OTE first year 80-100K, car allowance, a great benefit package and RSP matching.
