Sales Representative – Building Materials
Our client, a leader in the luxury building materials industry, is looking for a Sales Representative to join their growing team in Calgary.
This individual will be responsible for cultivating and growing relationships, selling products and managing processes from estimate to completion of job with a focus on custom home builders.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with custom builders’ home in Calgary
- Drive business with custom builders through consistent daily reach outs
- Strong organization and development of pipeline and follow up
- Knowledge of product lines and pricing with the ability to demonstrate technical understanding of the products
- Conduct on site measures and provide estimates to clients in a timely manner
- Job site visits prior to installation to ensure site readiness as well as when installation starts and finishes
- Assist clients in the showroom by offering product knowledge and pricing
- Overcome challenges by investigating problems and developing solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Follow up with clients upon completion of work to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience with a strong business development track record-B2B, building material, construction, industrial
- Interest in design, new builds and renovations
- Experience selling to home builders is an asset
- Aptitude and interest in project management-design, estimating, etc.
- Superior customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Exceptional organization skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Remuneration:
Remuneration for this role consists of a strong base salary with uncapped commission, 100K+ OTE, a great benefit program, car allowance and growth opportunity with a growing leader.
