Our client is an award-winning private medical clinic. They are looking for a full-time Sales Consultant to join their team based in Oakville, Ontario. This is an on-site position.
The Sales Consultant’s role is to drive patient conversions, manage incoming leads, and oversee the sales process throughout the patient’s health journey. This includes nurturing and educating potential clients while providing a seamless experience that aligns with the clinic’s consultative and high-end service approach. Beyond the initial sale, the Sales Consultant will manage communication with patients, providing follow-up support throughout their journey to ensure their engagement, retention, and long-term satisfaction.
A strong communicator with a proven sales background, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for improving conversion rates, engaging with potential patients through multiple channels, and fostering lasting relationships that will support patient success and the growth of the business.
Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry through appointments and programs, ensuring a seamless and consultative experience for prospective patients.
- Handling incoming leads and managing objections to ensure patients are well-informed and confident in their decision. Engaging with potential clients to convert inquiries into consultations or program enrollments.
- Following up with patients before and after their consultations, addressing any concerns, providing additional information, and guiding them toward the best program for their needs.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with patients throughout their health journey, providing check-ins to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Utilizing CRM system (Go High Level) to track leads, manage patient interactions, and measure conversion rates and success metrics.
- Collaborating with the clinic team to ensure an experience aligned with the clinic’s brand and values is consistently provided.
- Participating in weekly patient events, networking with attendees, and identifying new potential sales opportunities.
- Engaging in text and email marketing efforts to nurture leads and encourage program enrollment.
- Developing and presenting a strategic sales plan to improve conversion rates, optimizing the patient acquisition process.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of direct sales experience in a medical environment.
- Experience and comfortability with handling objections and educating prospective patients on premium services.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems, Google and Microsoft products, and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
- Proven experience tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, including conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple patient interactions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or prior experience in the healthcare industry.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to craft and refine a sales process over time.
