Regional Sales Manager (Sealing Products)
Summit Search Group are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager for on of our top clients who are a market leader in the Sealing Products Industry.
The Regional Sales Manager will reach business targets through effective management of designated territories and physical visits to customer sites. Primarily responsible for account retention, account growth, identifying prospects, following up on leads, maximizing sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and constantly seeking new opportunities to drive business growth within Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities:
- Foster strong customer relationships within assigned territories.
- Driving business growth through account retention, expansion, and prospecting.
- Managing designated territories, addressing customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and devising sales strategies.
- Conduct market research, deliver presentations, and provide feedback for product development.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of direct work experience as Field Sales, Key Account Manager, Branch Manager or Inside Sales in an industrial distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Sealing Products is a must.
- Experience in the Fluid Power industry will be strongly considered.
- Proven sales experience with track record of over-achieving quota
- Must possess a valid driver license.
- Essential skills needed: Self-motivation, deadline management, customer service, problem-solving.
