Product Manager
Summit Search Group is seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to join our clients’ Marketing team, responsible for managing product portfolios, take-to-market strategies, sales support, service development, and partner/channel management. This role leads a team dedicated to translating corporate vision into industry-leading services and innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability, and forecasting.
- Develop and deliver product training for sales teams and ensure competitive positioning.
- Lead new product/service development, product enhancements, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Negotiate third-party partnerships and ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, conduct market research, and create strategies to maintain competitive edge.
- Manage the business case for product and service opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Drive market awareness through customer events and direct interaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in leadership roles in marketing, sales, and portfolio management.
- Strong planning, analytical, and customer-focused skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage change, and drive innovation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technologies.
