Physiotherapist

Our client, located in the Sackville area, is looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join their fast-paced interdisciplinary clinical team. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will be providing professional physiotherapy services to clients in a team-based setting. Key Responsibilities:
- To provide services within the scope of practice of a Registered Physiotherapist, including gathering client history, establishing treatment goals, document treatment provided as well as preparing communication for referral sources and funders as required.
- To provide the utmost level of service when greeting and interacting with clients, general public and staff members.
- Assist when necessary in directing clients and potential clients to the appropriate contacts or services, and provide information in person and by phone.
- Assist when necessary in the scheduling of appointments, and receive and record payment for services including handling credit cards and cheques.
- Assist answering telephone calls, taking messages and providing information as required.
- Assist in keeping the clinic clean and tidy.
- Ensure accuracy of shift end documents within clinic management software.
- Participation in community engagement / marketing events.
The Ideal Candidate Brings:
- Registered Physiotherapist within the Province of Nova Scotia and in good standing with NSCP.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience preferred.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and empathy.
- The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Must be available to work morning and evening shifts (schedule will be consistent).
