Pharmaceutical Sales Manager – Contract role

Based in Alberta or BC

Our client is proudly one of Canada’s largest and most innovative healthcare organizations and they are focused on improving the lives of patients with their vast portfolio of healthcare products in multiple therapeutic areas, coupled with their commitment to advancing health initiatives globally. They manufacture and market a broad range of products and hold a strong presence in medical practices, pharmacies, and hospitals across the country.

This is a 1-year contract position for a RSM to coach and lead the sales and promotional efforts of your sales team to ensure their achievement of goals and KPIs. This is a field-based management position (30-40% travel required) directing a team of Hybrid Sales Representatives in accordance with regional and national marketing and sales plans. Working with the sales leadership team you will collaborate with like-minded, progressive thinkers with business savvy that lead by example, build trust and honest relationships, always empowering people to be their best and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Qualified candidates must possess pharmaceutical or medical sales team management experience and a strong resume of professional accomplishments detailing relevant sales and business achievements. Compensation is commensurate with leadership experience including a salary and performance-based sales bonus, company car or car allowance, gas card, health benefits.
