PeopleSoft Administrator

Our client, a global technology consulting and digital transformation firm, is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to support enterprise PeopleSoft environments within a large-scale enterprise infrastructure.
This role will focus on PeopleSoft architecture, environment administration, and system maintenance, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of critical enterprise applications.
The Opportunity
The PeopleSoft Administrator will play a key role managing PeopleSoft environments, upgrades, and system integrations while supporting development teams and business stakeholders across the organization.
You will be responsible for maintaining application environments, supporting upgrades, managing integrations, and ensuring systems operate efficiently within complex enterprise infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and support PeopleSoft architecture and system environments
- Administer and maintain PeopleTools environments (8.5x)
- Lead and support PeopleTools upgrades and PUM implementations
- Manage Change Assistant and update processes for maintenance and application upgrades
- Configure and maintain PeopleSoft application environments and Oracle databases
- Support PeopleSoft inbound and outbound integrations
- Perform PeopleSoft migrations and environment management across development, test, and production environments
- Administer core PeopleSoft components including Application Designer, Integration Broker, Security, Tree Manager, PS Query, Data Mover, and Import Manager
- Support Oracle database administration and configuration for PeopleSoft environments
- Maintain and support server environments across Windows, Linux, and AIX platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve application vulnerabilities and performance concerns
- Support OS-related activities including SFTP connectivity and patching activities
- Work closely with application teams to support infrastructure and system requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience administering enterprise PeopleSoft environments
- Deep knowledge of PeopleTools 8.5x and PeopleSoft architecture
- Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM updates
- Experience with PeopleSoft migration activities and environment management
- Strong understanding of Integration Broker and PeopleSoft integrations
- Experience administering Oracle databases supporting PeopleSoft
- Experience supporting Windows, Linux, or AIX server environments
- Experience working with Change Assistant, Data Mover, Application Designer, and other PeopleSoft tools
- Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure support skills
- Ability to work closely with development, functional, and infrastructure teams
