Summit Search Group has been engaged by a 100% Canadian owned manufacturer of fertilizer systems and equipment for the agriculture industry. With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, our client is highly regarded as a leading system designer of fertilizer systems in Canada.
On their behalf we are recruiting a passionate, solutions focused Outside Sales Representative with a strong connection to Canada’s agricultural industry. If you have a proven sales record, and the ability to drive revenue growth through providing superior customer service and creating strong relationships, you’re the ideal candidate we’re seeking.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to fertilizer systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize market share and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the agriculture industry.
- Act as a primary point of contact for major clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of our fertilizer systems and equipment, including their technical specifications and applications.
- Work with our design team to create customized solutions for our customers.
- 5+ year’s experience in the Agriculture Industry
- Experience and knowledge of fertilizer equipment is required.
- Ability to travel within Western Canada approximately 50%.
- Demonstrated ability to grow sales in an outside sales capacity.
- Strong understanding of farm and agricultural practices is considered a strong asset.
