MedTech Sales Representative – $150K TI+
This is an exciting ground floor sales opportunity to join a digital health technology innovator that develops industry leading EMR and RIS integrated automation tools and solutions to improve patient communication using AI software and streamlines the administration tasks to enable the doctor more time to focus on delivering the highest quality of patient care. Do you want to LOVE going to work… As the Alberta Sales Representative (based in Calgary or Edmonton) you will expand outreach within the medical community across the province and beyond. This is a “boots on the ground” hunter sales role promoting and selling leading edge technology to clinics in family medicine and specialty medicine, as well as diagnostics and other health services clinics.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Alberta to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Leverage your network of industry contacts and build strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers in the medical field.
- Conduct demos showcasing the benefits and value of SAAS products and solutions to healthcare providers.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive products, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events across North America to network and promote offerings.
Qualifications include a university degree with 5+ years in pharmaceutical and/or medical sales and a proven track record of success selling to physicians and the ability to navigate complex sales processes and find new business. Personality wise; an excellent communicator and negotiator who is persuasive, likable, and FUN. Compensation includes a salary of $80-100K plus lucrative sales bonus plan based on performance of $50-75K, km reimbursement, and company health benefits.
