MARKETING & EVENTS PROJECT MANAGER
The Marketing & Events Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing projects and events aimed at promoting our client’s brand, products, and services. This person plays a key role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, in collaboration with the sales team, partners, and dealers.
Main Responsibilities
– Project management: Coordinate all phases of marketing and event projects, from conception to execution, while adhering to deadlines and allocated budgets.
– Campaign planning: Design and plan multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our client’s products, including electric and combustion forklifts.
– Dealer relations: Collaborate with our client’s dealer network to support their marketing efforts, including promoting new models and special offers.
– Branding: Ensure consistency in the use of branding by dealers.
– Promotional events: Plan and organize trade shows and events to increase brand visibility, as well as corporate events.
– Ensure the showroom maintains its brand image.
Qualifications Required
– University degree in business administration, specializing in marketing or project management, combined with more than 5 years of experience.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
– Excellent teamwork skills.
– Proficiency in various Office software programs such as PPT, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
– Available to travel across Canada
– Valid driver’s license.
– Proactive in suggesting and implementing new ideas to boost sales and improve brand recognition.
Working Conditions
– Stable daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, based on 40 hours/week;
