About Our Client: Our client is an exciting, growing real estate investment organization.
Position Scope: Working closely with the Private Capital Markets and Marketing teams, the Investor Relations Associate will play an integral role in the day-to-day communications and marketing to potential and existing investors in our client’s Real Estate fund.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing automation and customer relationship management platforms (specifically Active Campaign), database management principles, and data-driven marketing strategies. Reporting and data analysis are crucial aspects of this role.
Responsibilities:
Investor Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for potential leads by acting as a call booking agent and initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and arranging calls for the dealing representatives
- Follow-up with leads by either a phone call, text, or email
- Manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads through various stages of the sales process
- Build and maintain lists of current and prospective investors (eg. LinkedIn list, etc.)
- Create and track deals in active campaign, ensure leads are entered/updated/shared with dealer representatives
- Contribute to the development of Investor Relations communication materials, including ad hoc communications
- Communicate with investors any important updates
Marketing
- Help assist in the creation of marketing materials for events and initiatives such as (i.e. Keyspire Summits, Presentations) One-pagers, marketing banners, event presentations (including webinars), investor presentations, etc.
- Help assist in exploring new marketing opportunities
- Participate in marketing events such as summits, conferences, home shows, etc.
- Assist with set up and registration of Zoom webinars. Assist during webinar to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Assist in the management of the company’s Partners Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages in order to keep accounts active, grow following and gain trust
- Provide Director of Marketing and Communications with timely feedback about initial lead quality (no answers, not interested, spam, etc.)
Reporting & Admin
- Assist in providing a weekly summary report on Booking Agent Progress, Pipeline Stages Tracking, Investor Tracking, Lead Conversion, Capital raise
- Requesting any applicable weekly updates from partners
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Participate, action and provide input regarding the Marketing & Admin Action Tracker
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite of programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to teamwork
Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years of related work experience
- University degree is considered a strong asset
