Inside Sales Representative
Our client, a national distributor of solar electric products and batteries is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team in Calgary.
Essential Functions:
- Assist Outside Sales Representatives in day-to-day tasks.
- Answer phones and handle customer inquiries.
- Point of contact for any walk-in customers.
- Enter sales orders and quotes into the computer system.
- Work with the warehouse and drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
Unique Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Inside Sales, Order Desk, or Customer Service experience within a wholesale distribution environment is preferred.
- Hospitality and Retail experience will be considered.
- Post Secondary Education is an asset.
- Must be computer literate and knowledge of any ERP system would be an asset.
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment.
- Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Remuneration:
Remuneration for this for consists of a base salary of 55-60K, plus bonus, a great benefit package, RSP matching and growth opportunities!
