Looking for a great sales opportunity in the Fredericton Area? We are looking for an individual who is driven and has a positive attitude! Here is an exciting opportunity for experienced industrial professionals who are familiar with the building supply and construction market. This is a development role for someone who wants to work in inside sales while developing their product knowledge and account management skills. We are looking for energetic, results driven team players. This position will teach you every aspect of the business and you will become an expert on product and process. As an Inside Account Manager, you would be taking calls, processing orders, assisting with specified accounts and facilitating with operations post sale. There is no cold calling in this role. This role offers mentorship and on the job training, growth potential and above all advancement opportunities within the business. This is a fantastic organization!
The successful candidate must be a quick learner, able to work in a team environment and possess strong communication, customer service and organization skills. If you have a University Degree or College diploma and work well with minimal supervision this may be the role for you. You will be provided with a base salary, bonus structure, benefits program and RRSP matching. If successful, you will receive great training and support and a fantastic work environment.
