Our client is seeking a recruitment‑focused Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional to support its people strategy. This role provides broad HR support, with a primary focus on workforce planning, talent attraction, and the end‑to‑end hiring lifecycle through onboarding. Acting as a key point of contact for candidates and a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, the role contributes to building sustainable talent pipelines while ensuring all hiring activities align with applicable employment legislation and organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full‑cycle talent acquisition support across a broad range of roles, overseeing recruitment activities from workforce planning through successful hire integration
- Develop and maintain role profiles and attraction materials aligned to organizational needs and evolving talent strategies
- Execute sourcing and assessment activities using a variety of channels and evaluation methods to identify high‑quality candidates
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, proactively anticipating workforce requirements and designing scalable, forward‑looking talent pipeline strategies
- Manage candidate engagement and selection processes, including coordination of assessments, due diligence activities, and offer development, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience
- Support the delivery of a structured and inclusive onboarding approach that enables new hires to integrate effectively into the organization and culture
- Ensure all recruitment and people practices align with applicable employment, accessibility, and human rights legislation, as well as internal governance standards
- Contribute to broader human resources operations as required, including system administration, employee lifecycle support, benefits coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in the development of systems, automation, and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and data integrity across HR operations
Required Skills and Knowledge:

- Demonstrated success engaging candidates in the market
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency in French and English is considered a strong asset
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of progressive human resources experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and a proven track record of success
- Post‑secondary education in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- CHRP/CHRL designation is considered a strong asset
