What You’ll Do:
- Oversee restaurant and tasting room operations, ensuring smooth service and a great customer experience.
- Lead and develop staff—hiring, training, and coaching a high-energy team.
- Problem-solve on the fly, handling daily challenges with a level head.
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture where employees thrive.
- Communicate effectively with owners, kitchen staff, office teams, and seasonal employees.
- Maintain high standards for food, beverage, and service quality.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
- Drive overall business performance by collaborating across departments, ensuring all initiatives align with company goals.
- Ensure quality assurance, developing SOPs to maintain the highest food and beverage standards.
- Lead marketing efforts, collaborating on promotions, events, and annual marketing plans.
- Manage purchasing and financial performance, working with suppliers to bring in new products while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Engage and develop staff, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Oversee menu research and development, working closely with the chef to introduce innovative offerings.
- Plan for growth, analyzing systems for operational efficiency, tracking KPIs, and setting financial goals.
