Gym Operations & Growth Coordinator – Lloydminster
We are currently hiring a Gym Operations & Growth Coordinator on behalf of a leading fitness facility in Lloydminster. This pivotal role combines day to day operational management with community-focused business development, playing a critical part in the gym’s continued growth and success.
Reporting to: President
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage staff, aligning performance with gym vision and core values.
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for operational and personal performance goals.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring documented, efficient systems and processes.
- Coordinate regular staff training (sales, customer service, etc).
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance standards of cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and overall facility aesthetics to guarantee a great member experience.
Scheduling & Resource Management
- Build and maintain optimal schedules for staff, classes, and facility resources.
- Balance member demand with staffing costs to maximize satisfaction and efficiency.
Internal Sales Process Management
- Design, document, and continually refine the in-club sales workflow
Ensure every team member understands and executes the process consistently. - Monitor the daily lead pipeline from our 3rd party lead generator, identify bottlenecks, and coach staff to hit conversion targets.
- Track and report key metrics (lead-to-tour %, tour-to-join %, follow-up time) in a weekly scorecard.
Marketing, Client Engagement & Member Experience
- Co-develop marketing strategy with ownership and oversee execution (social media, events, community outreach).
- Manage new-member onboarding (orientation, welcome sessions).
- Implement proactive retention programs to identify and engage at risk members.
- Use surveys and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and strengthen brand visibility.
