Our client is a full-service re-manufacturing shop specializing in engineered custom solutions, machining, certified repairs, and fabricating for heavy equipment across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Leadership
✔ Develop and implement sales and marketing projections to drive business growth.

✔ Ensure overall profitability, optimizing revenue streams and cost efficiencies.

✔ Oversee budgeting and cost control, ensuring financial health and long-term stability.

✔ Provide accounting oversight and financial direction, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Operational & Business Management
✔ Keep projects and project leaders on task and accountable, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.

✔ Act as the primary liaison with ownership, providing updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

✔ Shape and execute the company’s strategic direction, ensuring continued growth and innovation.

✔ Establish and maintain purchasing procedures to optimize costs and vendor relationships.

Team & Culture Development
✔ Foster strong relationships with floor employees, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.

✔ Cultivate a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the
organization.

✔ Provide leadership and mentorship, ensuring teams are motivated and aligned with company goals.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Leadership role within a precision machining, fabrication, or heavy equipment industry. Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, accounting, and cost control. Experience in sales, marketing, and business development strategies. Hands-on leadership style with excellent team-building and employee engagement skills. Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain management, and project oversight. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
