Summit Search Group is proud to partner with our client in the recruitment of an E-Commerce Web Coordinator. Based in Winnipeg, our client is a dynamic organization with expanding digital operations in the fashion and retail space across Canada. They are focused on delivering a seamless, high-quality experience through their online platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to manage the day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce websites. Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce, the E-Commerce Web Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining website functionality, optimizing content, and enhancing the overall user experience in a fast-paced, digitally driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Website Operations & Content Management

Oversee daily operations of the websites on Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Ensure website content is accurate and optimized, including product listings, promotions, and navigation
Maintain and troubleshoot third-party integrations, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams
Monitor site performance and address issues proactively

UX, SEO & Performance Optimization

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to support a seamless and consistent customer journey
Execute local and broader SEO initiatives to drive organic visibility
Analyze site traffic and performance metrics using Google tools (Analytics, Merchant Center, Search Console)
Maintain product taxonomy and enhance discoverability through improved site search and navigation

Cross-Functional Support

Liaise with customer service and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues
Assist in email campaign accuracy and digital asset management
Provide backup to other e-commerce team members during peak periods

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, and related SEO tools
Exceptional organizational and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable analyzing web performance to recommend improvements
Collaborative mindset and passion for delivering top-tier digital retail experience
