Our client is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for an exclusive villa community under development. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile development from the early stages to full market launch and sales execution. The Director will work closely with a marketing firm and real estate firm to conduct market research, identify product positioning, develop sales and marketing strategies, execute marketing campaigns, and develop a business network of relevant partnerships. The Director will also build and lead a sales team to achieve sales objectives and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and partners.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a relevant field. They will have experience with marketing and sales with new developments, as well as experience with strategic planning. Possession of a Nova Scotia Real Estate license, or the willingness to promptly obtain one, is required. Expertise with the local real estate market and regulations, leadership experience, and the ability to make data-driven decisions are also required.
This position comes with a great base salary, performance-based bonus, benefits, laptop, and vehicle and cell phone allowances.
