The role
As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll serve as our people capital expert, driving initiatives to support our current business objectives and future development goals through leading HR practices. You’ll continue our legacy of success, thinking both globally and locally as we navigate the evolving landscape of work together. Some key competencies you’ll utilize daily include:
- Being a strategic partner. You’ll use your experience to lead our top-notch people-centric programs, acting as a trusted partner, influencing adoption and implementation across the company.
- Being a leader. Your leadership muscle will be flexed as you guide, coach, and advise in our environment of inspiring adaptability, teamwork, and accountability while taking personalised approaches.
- Being an influencer. Your excellent communication skills will come in handy to effectively convey HR initiatives, policies, and recommendations to diverse audiences and influence decision-making at all levels of the company.
- Being a hands-on change agent. As you oversee programming and strategy, you’ll roll them out to great success, with an eye for change enablement.
Who we’re looking for
You have a track record as a respected leader in a culture-forward company, you’ve created differentiated employee experience, and you back that up with a degree in HR or Business. You have at least fifteen years of experience building programs and processes across a broad spectrum of HR functions. You have had deep experience with supporting people leaders to bring out the best in their teams. Hopefully you also bring complementary skills like business acumen, agility, and a sense of humour.
