Digital Marketing & Events Specialist
The Digital Marketing & Events Specialist is responsible for managing and executing both digital marketing initiatives and events to promote our client’s brand, products, and services. This individual will lead the execution of marketing strategies in close collaboration with the sales team, partners, and dealer network to drive visibility, engagement, and growth.
Main Responsibilities
Event Management
-
Plan and organize trade shows, dealer events, and corporate functions for our client.

Oversee all phases of event projects, from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful, well-branded event experiences.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
-
Create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns to promote the brand and product lines.

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and others.

Manage Google Ads and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities to drive traffic and visibility.

Oversee Google Analytics tracking and reporting to measure performance and ROI.

Support implementation of tracking tags (nice to have).

Review and analyze digital performance metrics to inform future strategy and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with the in-house Graphic Designer for creative assets (no visual creation required).
Brand & Dealer Support

Partner with the dealer network to strengthen local marketing efforts, including campaign support for new product launches and special offers.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, events, and dealer communications.
Budget Oversight

Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for campaigns and events.
Qualifications Required

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including event coordination and digital campaign management.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.

Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, Meta Business, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
-
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Canada.

Proactive and creative mindset, with a focus on improving visibility and driving sales growth.

Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule (40 hours per week).
